Cancellation, Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Digital Services, Subscriptions, and Credit System

1. General Information

This Cancellation, Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy applies to all digital services, subscription plans, and credit-based usage rights offered through the InkPro platform (inkpro.app).

By completing a purchase on our Platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted:

  • The Distance Sales Agreement
  • The Pre-Information Form
  • This Cancellation, Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy

This policy has been prepared in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations governing distance sales contracts.


2. Nature of Services Provided

The services offered through our Platform include:

  • AI-powered image processing and tattoo stencil generation
  • Usage rights provided within subscription plans
  • Digital credits assigned to user accounts
  • Cloud-based library storage for generated content

All services are entirely digital in nature. No physical product delivery is involved. All transactions are completed electronically through the user’s account.


3. Service Delivery

Upon successful completion of payment:

  • Subscription services are activated immediately
  • Purchased credits are instantly assigned to the user’s account
  • The digital service is considered to have commenced upon payment confirmation

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 General Rule

Under applicable consumer protection laws, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days.

4.2 Digital Services Exception

However, in accordance with regulations governing distance sales:

For services performed immediately in electronic form, or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal expires when:

  • If 14 days have passed since the start of the subscription
  • When more than 3 credits have been used in the user account

By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges that the digital service will be performed immediately and that they will consequently lose their right of withdrawal.

4.3 Important Notice Regarding AI-Generated Content

Artificial intelligence systems may not always produce results that exactly match the user’s expectations or imagination. Variations in AI-generated outputs are inherent to the technology and do not constitute a defective product or service. Users cannot exercise the right of withdrawal or request a refund solely because an AI-generated stencil did not meet their subjective expectations.

5. Refund Conditions

5.1 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Credits that have been assigned to the user’s account and used
  • Subscriptions that have been activated and used
  • Digital services that have been partially or fully utilized
  • Transactions where the user has consented to immediate service commencement

5.2 Refund Eligibility – Unused Subscription Plans

Users are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • A subscription plan was purchased
  • None of the credits included in the subscription have been used
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date

Refunds meeting these criteria will be processed without question.

5.3 Technical Errors and Defective Service

If the service:

  • Fails to function technically
  • Is clearly incompatible with the described service
  • Contains a persistent system error attributable to InkPro

The user should report the issue in writing. Upon investigation, if the claim is found to be valid:

  • The service may be re-provided, or
  • A proportionate refund may be issued

6. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Subscription cancellation prevents future renewals (note: InkPro subscriptions do not auto-renew by default).

No partial or full refund will be provided for the current subscription period if credits have been used.

Unused credits within a subscription expire at the end of the 30-day subscription period and do not carry over to future purchases.


7. Credit System Terms

Subscription Credits:

  • Valid for 30 days from the date of subscription purchase
  • Expire at the end of the subscription period
  • Do not carry over to new subscriptions

Credit Package Credits:

  • Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase
  • Do not auto-renew

General Credit Terms:

  • Purchased credits can only be used within the user’s account
  • Credits cannot be converted to cash, transferred to other users, or refunded once used
  • No refund requests will be accepted for unused credits outside of the conditions specified in Section 5.2

8. Payment Cancellation and Unauthorized Use

In the event of payment cancellation by banks due to unauthorized credit card use:

  • Credits and services in the user’s account may be suspended
  • The user’s account may be terminated if deemed necessary

9. Default and Legal Consequences

In case of default on payment transactions by the user, the contractual provisions between the relevant bank and the user shall apply. InkPro reserves all legal rights regarding any damages that may arise.


10. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this policy, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable laws.


11. Effectiveness

By completing a payment transaction on the Platform, the user is deemed to have accepted this Cancellation, Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy.
