1. Acceptance of Terms By using InkPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our service.
2. Service Description InkPro provides:
- AI-powered conversion of images to tattoo stencils
- Download capabilities for generated stencils in different colors
- Private gallery for storing your creations
- Multiple artistic styles based on professional tattoo artists (coming soon – we are in contact with renowned tattoo artists)
3. User Accounts
- To prevent spam registrations, we only offer account creation and login through Google Sign-In
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person per account – no sharing
- You must be 18+ or have parental consent
- We can suspend accounts that violate these terms
4. Acceptable Use You agree NOT to upload or create:
- Illegal or harmful content
- Copyrighted material you don’t own
- Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful imagery
- Content that violates others’ privacy
- Adult or explicit content without proper context
5. Intellectual Property Your Content:
- You retain ownership of images you upload
- You own the stencils you generate
- You grant us license to process your images for the service
Our Content:
- The InkPro platform and AI models are our property
- Artist styles are trained with permission
- You cannot reverse-engineer or copy our technology
6. Subscription Plans When available:
- Free Plan: Limited monthly stencils
- Pro Plan: Unlimited stencils, priority processing
- Subscriptions automatically expire and convert to Free Plan after 30 days – there is no automatic recurring payment
- We do not charge anyone without their knowledge
- Users can purchase a new subscription anytime after their current subscription expires
- No refunds for partial months
7. Usage Limits
- Image size: Maximum 10MB per upload
- Processing: Fair use policy applies
- Storage: Reasonable limits based on plan
- We may adjust limits to ensure service quality
8. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but don’t guarantee it
- Maintenance may cause temporary unavailability
- We’re not liable for service interruptions
- Features may change or be discontinued
9. Liability Limitations InkPro is provided “as is”:
- We’re not responsible for tattoo outcomes
- Professional tattoo artists should review all stencils
- We don’t guarantee specific results
- Maximum liability is limited to subscription cost

11. Termination
- You can delete your account anytime
- We can terminate accounts that violate terms
- Upon termination, access to service ends immediately
- You can download any stencils available on our servers before account deletion
12. Changes to Terms We may update these terms:
- We’ll automatically notify you of significant changes via email
- Continued use means acceptance of new terms
- Check this page periodically for updates
13. Governing Law These terms are governed by United States law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
