InkPro is an AI-powered platform designed for tattoo professionals, offering the following digital services:

• Design Generation: AI-powered conversion of images into tattoo designs
• Stencil Creation: Professional tattoo stencil generation from designs
• Image Enhancer: Resolution enhancement for images (1 credit for 2K, 2 credits for 4K)
• Smart Library: Cloud-based storage with AI-driven keyword tagging for all uploaded and generated content
• Private Styles: Custom AI models trained on your unique tattoo style (available exclusively for qualified Premium plan holders)

2.2 Service Features

All services are entirely digital. No physical product delivery is involved.

All generated designs and stencils are stored in your personal library with AI-generated keywords for easy searchability.

Your images remain accessible for life unless you delete them. Deleted images are permanently removed from our servers.

We are actively collaborating with world-renowned tattoo artists to add new stencil styles to our platform.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

3.1 Available Plans

Current pricing and credit allocations are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

3.2 Credit Packages

Additional credit packages are available for purchase at any time, regardless of your current subscription status, except for the Free Plan.

Credit packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

The total price, inclusive of all applicable taxes, is displayed at checkout before purchase confirmation.

4.3 Additional Costs

There are no hidden fees. The price shown at checkout is the final price.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Subscription Duration

All subscription plans are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

5.2 No Auto-Renewal

InkPro subscriptions do not auto-renew. At the end of your 30-day subscription period, your account automatically converts to the Free Plan. No cancellation action is required from you.

5.3 Credit Reset

Credits included in your subscription are reset at the beginning of each subscription period. Unused credits do not carry over to the next subscription or to new purchases.

5.4 Plan Changes

You may upgrade your plan at any time. We recommend upgrading when your credits are depleted.

You cannot purchase an additional subscription plan while an active subscription is in effect. However, you may purchase credit packages at any time.

5.5 Credit Depletion

When your monthly credits are exhausted, your subscription benefits continue until your subscription period ends. You may purchase additional credit packages to continue using the generation services.

6. Credit Package Terms

Credit packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Credit packages do not auto-renew.

Credits from packages can be used alongside subscription credits.

Unused credits expire at the end of the 90-day validity period and cannot be refunded.

7. Service Delivery

7.1 Delivery Method

All services are delivered electronically through your user account on the Platform.

7.2 Delivery Time

Upon successful payment confirmation:

• Subscription services are activated immediately
• Credits are assigned to your account instantly
• All platform features become accessible according to your plan

8. Post-Subscription: Free Plan Conversion

When your subscription converts to the Free Plan:

• Access to your design, stencil, and enhancer libraries is suspended
• Your data is retained on our servers for 90 days
• If you re-subscribe within 90 days, full access to your libraries is restored
• If you do not re-subscribe within 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers

9. Right of Withdrawal

9.1 Digital Services Exception

In accordance with applicable regulations governing distance sales, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services once performance has begun.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate service delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once:

• Your subscription is activated
• Credits are assigned to your account
• You begin using any platform services

9.2 Refund Exception for Unused Subscriptions

You may request a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• You purchased a subscription plan
• You have not used any credits from the subscription
• Your request is made within 14 days of purchase

9.3 AI-Generated Content Notice

AI-generated outputs may not always match your exact expectations. Variations in results are inherent to AI technology and do not constitute a defective service. Refunds cannot be requested solely because an AI-generated design or stencil did not meet subjective expectations.

10. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

10.1 Non-Refundable Situations

• Used credits
• Activated and used subscriptions
• Partially or fully utilized services
• Expired credits (30 days for subscriptions, 90 days for credit packages)

11. Technical Requirements

To use InkPro services, you need:

13. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from purchases made on the Platform, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
