Digital Products & Subscription/Credit System

1. Parties
1.1 Seller:

1.2 Buyer / User:
The individual or entity who creates an account and completes a purchase on the Platform. User information is recorded in our system upon registration and order completion.
2. Definitions
In this Agreement:
Platform: The website and mobile applications owned and operated by the Seller (inkpro.app).
Service: Digital products, subscriptions, and credit services offered by the Seller through the Platform.
Subscription Plan: A service that grants the User access rights and credits for a specified period (30 days).
Credit Package: Prepaid credits that enable the User to utilize specific digital products or services on the Platform.
Order: The purchase request submitted by the User through the Platform.
AI-Generated Output: Stencils, designs, or other digital content created using the Platform’s artificial intelligence tools.
3. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations related to the Buyer’s purchase of digital products, subscription plans, or credit packages through the Platform. The type, price, and features of the Services offered by the Seller are clearly stated on the Platform.
4. Service Usage and Delivery
Upon payment confirmation, credits are immediately loaded to the User’s account.
Subscription services are activated instantly upon purchase and provide access for the selected duration (30 days).
Credit packages are activated instantly upon purchase and remain valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
No physical delivery is involved; all transactions are completed electronically.
All AI-generated outputs are stored in the User’s personal library on the Platform and are available for download at any time while the account remains active.
5. Payment and Fees
Payment Method: Credit card.
Service Fee: The amount stated at checkout, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
All prices are clearly displayed on the Platform before purchase confirmation.
6. Subscription and Credit System Terms
Subscription Plans:
Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Credits included in a subscription plan must be used within the 30-day subscription period. Unused credits expire at the end of the subscription period and do not carry over.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Users may purchase a new plan after their current subscription expires.
Users cannot purchase an additional subscription plan while an active subscription is in effect. However, users may purchase separate credit packages at any time.
Credit Packages:
Credit packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Credit packages do not auto-renew.
Credits from packages can be used alongside or independently of subscription plans.
Unused credits expire at the end of the 90-day validity period.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations:
Important Notice Regarding AI-Generated Content:
The nature of artificial intelligence means that outputs may not always match the User’s exact expectations or imagination. Variations in AI-generated results are inherent to the technology and do not constitute a product defect. Users cannot exercise the right of withdrawal solely because an AI-generated output did not meet their subjective expectations. However, our support team is always available to assist users in achieving better results.
Withdrawal Rights:
For digital content and services, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has been initiated—specifically, once the subscription is activated or credits are loaded to the User’s account.
Exception – Unused Subscription Credits:
If a User has purchased a subscription plan, has not used any of the included credits, and the request is made within 14 days of purchase, the User may request a full refund. Refund requests can be submitted through:
- The “Orders” section in the Manage Account page
- The Contact page on our Platform
- Email to [email protected]
Refunds meeting these criteria will be processed without question.
Defective Service:
If the Service is genuinely defective (technical malfunction, failure to deliver purchased credits, etc.), the User retains all legal rights to request remediation or refund.
8. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data provided by the Buyer is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is used solely for service delivery. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling practices.
9. Liability
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. However, the Seller cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to system failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
AI Output Disclaimer:
The Seller is not responsible for the final outcome of any tattoo created using stencils generated through the Platform. All AI-generated stencils should be reviewed by a professional tattoo artist before application. The Platform is a design assistance tool, and the Seller makes no guarantees regarding specific aesthetic results.
10. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence or where the service was provided shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Effectiveness
By confirming an order on the Platform, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
