1. Information We Collect
- Account info: name and email (when you create an account)
- Content: images you upload and stencils we generate for you
- Usage data: selections (styles, processing options), device and log data (IP, timestamps)
- Authentication: Google Sign-In profile/token if you choose that login; we never see your Google password
2. How We Use Information
- Provide the service (generate stencils, save your gallery, enforce plan limits)
- Communicate important service messages (account, security, updates). No marketing without your consent
- Diagnostics and analytics to improve performance and quality
- Model training: We do not use your images to train our AI models
3. Storage & Security
- Data is hosted with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and access controls
- Files use short-lived access links and are isolated per user
- Your images and stencils are private unless you choose to share them or request support
4. Image Processing
- Images are processed by our AI pipeline to create stencils
- Generated stencils are saved to your private library and remain on our servers for 7 days unless you delete them earlier. After 7 days, they are automatically deleted from our servers
- Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers after 2 days
- We don’t show your images to other users; limited, audited staff access only if required for support, safety, or legal reasons
5. Third-Party Service Providers We use processors for hosting, authentication, AI processing, analytics, and payments (e.g., cloud storage, auth, AI inference, Stripe for payments). We require them to protect your data. We maintain an up-to-date Sub-processors list and will notify you of material changes.
6. Your Rights You can access, download (portability), correct, and delete your data, and opt out of marketing. If you are in California or the EU/UK, you also have rights to opt out of sale/sharing, object or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with your authority.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: kept while your account is active
- Generated stencils: kept for 7 days then automatically deleted from our servers
- Uploaded images: automatically deleted after 2 days
- Logs/analytics: retained up to 90 days then aggregated/anonymized
- Backups: may persist up to 30 days
8. Cookies & Analytics We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions and analytics. You can control non-essential cookies in Settings.
9. International Transfers Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. When required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs).
10. Children’s Privacy The service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from them.
11. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email before they take effect.
12. “Do Not Sell or Share” We do not sell personal information. You can exercise applicable opt-out rights (sale/sharing/targeted advertising) via Settings or by contacting us.
